About Us

Samantha’s grandfather was a farmer in south Alabama. Some of her fondest memories of them together are of him sharing secrets to growing delicious tomatoes, why soybean plants must dry out before harvest and the best way to let the soil rest while still putting it to use. So, you can say gardening is in her genetic make-up. Samantha feels complete in the garden. It is where she comes for peace, for prayer, for inspiration, and to work out her frustrations. She has been working in the growing world in some sort of capacity since she was a young child.

Samantha creates beautiful designs customized to your unique site and wishes. She applies current design principles for full utilization of your outdoor space while adding value to your property. She has designed landscapes of all shapes and sizes, and now manages her team from her design studio in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Samantha is a forever learner with a BA in History from Auburn University, a MPA with a concentration in Land Development and Urban Planning from University of Alabama at Birmingham, and Ceritficate in Landscape Design from Emory University. She will forever continue to cultivate her horticulture knowledge and share that knowledge with whoever will listen. She is a plant nerd to the core!
